It's sad to actually have to hear about this shutdown(I won't use the term "lockdown"), and to hear it for the first time from GLP. I only need to go to stores to buy food, supplies, and tools. Some food is perishable, and that's where they get you. There's a limit to what you can store.

By forcing people to use just a few stores and have people line up outside them, we're encouraging virus transmission between them. By restricting hours, we're doing the same thing. The entire concept of this shutdown is designed to increase viral spread!

It's a shutdown of economic activity, planned to reduce GDP and destroy individual wealth. People can do what they will, but may not be able to spend their money on anything useful to them.
