Whose writings seem bipolar, by declaring "you are saved by grace alone," and then seemingly contradicting that teaching by giving a litany of things people must/should follow? Answer:

Whose writings created 1000's of different christian denominations? Answer: Paul's

Who's teachings seem to bring peace and unity to those who strictly follow them alone? Answer: Jesus'

I've never been at peace trying to follow Paul's writings.

I've been 100% at peace following Jesus' teachings.

As used in the Bible, “atonement” has the basic thought of “cover” or “exchange,” and that which is given in exchange for, or as a “cover” for, another thing must be its duplicate.
