I think Trump is starting to realize he can do more to expose and bring down the Democrats without the shackles of the presidency. He sounded like he's coming to terms with leaving office.
Imagine what he can expose if he's not in office? He no longer has to be "presidential."
Trump is not going away. His supporters are not going away...he gained over 8 million votes from the election he won in 2016.
I would be very surprised if we don't have another Trump running in the future either.
