Plausible deniability is a concept that is used to great effect. It is key to not chase or try to highlight everything as most can be explained away. It's the slip ups you need to note and focus in on, typically whilst NOT showing a reaction to it. Or, other techniques.

Almost always they will fuck up giving you direct proof. It may not be proof that others can accept, however it will prove the fuckery is real to you. I'm pretty sure I've mentioned some counter intel type techniques in the past to help others so I'll mention this one again:

Give slightly different versions of things to people, be it words spoken, written, art work, stories, etc. shared in private and public. If you think things of yours are being accessed, leave bait. Poison the well or include unique 'traceable' items. False and partial info and so forth.

Eventually some upstart will make reference to something and you can sit back and say 'well you're a filthbag'.

Years ago a particular post on a particular board mentioned something that I had told to only two people. It included further life info. What this did for me was show that my movements were known to 'super secret agent man' and certain info was definitely being used for attempted fuckery.
