Yeah I read the intro, the rest is the technical stuff. It's definitely a legit paper and method.

I myself work in the blockchain industry, small disclosure, so I'll say I know a bit about it (not a dev though).

This paper actually sounds like an early Factom whitepaper which is a business that uses blockchain to verify the integrity of documents.

The solution in the paper does make sense the way they describe it. I don't think this is the exact tech they used here for the Elections, but could be part of the solution. This solution here can only prove authenticity of a document. It can also prove a document is fake if it doesn't have a watermark or if it has one that cannot matched on the blockchain.

So they either added a record on the blockchain using some watermark code on the paper, or added a watermark of a block hash on ballots.

But Steve mentions they can track ballots and know there they went, travelled, and ended up. That's weird. That would require tracking or constant scanning. So I don't know about that part.

But we've heard anecdotes of ballots being very heavy this year and we've heard of NGs being dispatched to count votes.

Yes, this technology has been around for years and im surprised how many people are so stupid they dont know this.

If all the ballots came from the same printer it would be VERY easy to prove fraud. I'm assuming they used more than one printer but it could be more. In any case they will probably not need to go this route. The fraud appears to be so blatant that Trump should have no trouble proving it, but they will have to drag the Democrats, kicking and screaming all the way to the supreme court to do it.
