I want to point something out.

I was working for a printing company for many years.

We used sheet fed presses and did lots of 4 color work.

It was high quality printing with big companies we

produced quality material for.

Capitol Records was one of our clients.

There was other BIG companies we did work for but I digress.

I read someone stating it's easy to put a watermark on

some copy paper and reproduce that ballot.

As I have seen those ballots, I'm thinking he does not know

what he is talking about.

Paper is put through a process from trees to it's finality.

During the process, they have those 'water mark' sheets

handled specially because it is a chemically induced

branding that occurs and they put the sheets on racks

to dry. It HAS to be prepared before the printing process

or it can't be done.

The sheet is treated during that process where the sheet

is blank. So whoever was saying that---

"water marks can be duplicated" I think was not informed

or trying to steer everyone into believing they can be

fooled. If that is so, we never would order paper with

'watermarks' we would just do it at the shop.

As far as I know, they are custom. Custom branded sheets.

If this is true, they would have given them each

ballot paper with watermark already embedded in the paper and

only so many extras for 'waste' before printing commences.

So if they did indeed make their own ballots, it will

be clear they are fraudulent.

The printing of ballots is sent to printing companies via a contract. Those printing companies may have been approached by DHS posing as sales agents and sold or given the watermarked paper away as a "promotional deal". The ballot paper is very expensive:

Ah, and this is why us blue collar workers can't be discounted!! Yep, I am familiar w/ printing industry and know what you know so that's why I'm so stoked about the thought of use of blockchain tech being used and it simply came down to the paper used for official ballots.

Hmmm, I don't know what to think about Steve. He usually makes outlandish calls that are difficult to verify.

He claimed prior to the 2016 Glorious Day that Hillary was attempting a coup and was rigging the elections, and that they had solutions in place to counter-coup it and that it would stun everybody.

I guess..that happened? But hard to verify.

Now he's literally putting ALL of his credibility on the table, as this is severely outlandish and far-fetched. Not so far-fetched, but certainly...out there, let's say.

Will he pull through? It does support the many rumors for the last 24 hours.

I'm not holding my breath. I hope so fricking much that he is right, because if that's the case, it's going to be GLORIOUS! Not only because Trump will win, but because we would be seeing mass arrests, finally!

If this comes true, then I will have to start giving Q a second chance. This is the kind of shit Q promised, and never happened.

But Q did say the first public arrests would be under a stunning scenario.

Is the Q story coming to reality? Feels like a cliffhanger for a massive 4-year long series.

i think you're right, each state does print their own ballot, but the paper its printed on comes from 1 source.
they don't print it on their own paper.

Well, could be the Dept of Treasury, ya' know. Oh yeah, didn't Trump do something special w/ that department and the Fed Reserve, like combine them or something?

They are printed on high speed digital inkjet printers - from what I see. That means that it is possible that it isn't actually the paper that is watermarked, but that the PRINTER itself is adding security to the ballots that you can't see with your naked eye. Recall that copy machines have been doing this shit for a long time.

I hope to hell this is legit and people will get arressted starting tonight, as he states!
