The scenario on how Obama could become president again:

A president can't be "ELECTED" to more than two terms but it doesn't say he can't be appointed to more than 2 terms


So the scenario could play out as follows:

1. Biden and Harris win the election

2 Harris evokes the 25th amendment and declares Biden unfit to be president and gets congress to agree and Harris becomes president....we know not even bidens cabinet wants him to be president.

3 Harris chooses Obama to be vice president(notice he isn't elected he is chosen) therefore qualifying him.

4 Harris steps down and Obama is once again President without being elected




Further more this prophecy in Revelation 17 seems quite fitting



Revelation 17:


9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.







Of the 7 kings/rulers 5 are fallen which means have lost their reign....we just happen to have 5 living presidents right now:



Fallen/lost their reign:

1. Trump
2. Bush
3. Obama
4. Clinton
5. Carter


About to reign:

(6) Biden
(7) Harris
(8) Obama

Next it says one is....so that means a new one other than the 5 listed above...which will be biden being the number 6 ruler. Then it goes on to say the other is not yet come which will be Harris when she takes bidens place as president and she will continue a short space until she steps down. Remember if she chooses Obama he will be President without being elected

Notice the scripture says And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.


He has to be one of the 7 living presidents and will become the 8th because he was of the 7
