Over 40k missing absentee ballots in RED COUNTIES in Pennsylvania right now. They never made it to those who requested them. Stolen more than likely. The question is, are they going to be filled out illegally by who stole them, or just dumped so these people can't vote? What's the likely hood of those who requested absentee because they didn't want to risk the polls going to the polls anyway? And if they go to the polls without their absentee, they can't vote. They have to turn in their absentee if they wish to vote in person. So they have to vote a provisional ballot which means it won't be counted election night, if at all. If someone else turns in their absentee ballot, that will count and the provisional won't. THIS IS CALLED STEALING THE ELECTION.
