Isn't the new Bond going to be played by a female? Otherwise known as an actress.

There's another thread that says the role of Queen Anne Boleyn in some British TV show or movie is going to be played by a black actor, meaning a black actRESS.

Here's to hoping the new Bond won't be performed by a transgendered black male who now identifies as a white female homosexual. Hell, anything is possible in today's culture.

I look fondly on the hollywood types that served ... Lee Marvin comes to mind. I think I read his Pacific Marine experience scarred him such that he never slept w/o a loaded .45 under his pillow.

In 1996 the premiere of the movie 'The Rock' in San Francisco I and my son had front row viewing of the stars walking on the red carpet boarding a boat to Alcatraz Island for the movie's viewing. I got to see the stars of the move only a few feet away from us while they were being interviewed by the press, Sean Connery was one of these actors. He was always my favorite actor as James Bond.

If you grew up, like me, with Sean Connery as the one and only James Bond, a true movie phenomena in the 60's,

not matter WHAT other role he played in any other movie, you never thought "that's James Bond, I'm not buying the role he is playing here".
