I read here often, but don't really post much. I'm not "political", but I love "conspiracy theories" -- both the plausible and the unlikely.

I was talking to someone recently about the state of the world and how I believe that the current state of affairs is God's warning to a dying country and world. Looking at scripture, He has always given a warning to people before the coming judgment. I don't want to debate religion or politics or anything like that. I just want to say to those who do not see it, please open your eyes. Matthew 13:16, "But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear."

I truly believe that judgment is coming. The world is full of every kind of "-cide" right now, people mock God and the things of Him, the weather is a disaster, the environment is a disaster, there is social upheaval everywhere, the attack on children and family is overwhelming, disease and famine run rampant. I honestly don't believe that who wins this election will make a difference; other than to possibly hasten the end of things.

I also don't pretend to have any timeline. Matthew 24:36, "“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows." It could be moments, it could be an additional thousand years. I only know that God is both merciful and just and we all need to open our eyes before it is too late.

I'm a millenial in my mid 30s. I know alot of people and I've never met a person that fits this description ever. If anything, the typical millenial is pretty respectful in public but lacks a filter in private and has a very dark sense of humor.

That's why anyone or anything that isn't fairly conservative in today's America is quite liberal by the standards of even the recent past, much less over 60 years ago.

America is way more socially, culturally, politically liberal in 2020 than in, say, 1990 or 1980, etc.

President Trump is the speed bump on that road to hell which the US has been traveling on for decades. Speaking of "older crowd," I saw a middle-aged woman driving around about a week ago in a fairly nice SUV with the stereo turned up loud. She was listening to rap music and the l rics that were coming out of her car were as mean and obnoxious as imaginable. A lot of words of F bombs, the "N" word, hos, pimps, thugging, mugging, thumping, stealing, beating.

Again, this was a middle-aged woman, not a young, tat-filled, tongue-pierced millennial. I admit she did happen to be black, but I've seen the same thing with a variety of other people - of all races/ethnicities - although they've generally been younger than she was.
