Germany here. I work an office job so mostly homeoffice for me, which is fine since I can get smashed while at work anytime I want. My employer wouldn't make us wear a mask in the office and they know they couldn't force us. We now have a rule in place that if we want to come to the office we are basically allowed to but only 20% of all employees may be there at once in order to make sure you can still have social distancing.
