I've been doing the Airborne and D/K supplements for years. Working among the public and getting exposed regularly to viruses, I know it works. Sometimes I'll take a little extra selenium or bio-quercetin, and I make sure I get plenty of sun. I've literally been around several COVID cases and haven't caught it yet (knock on wood).
