But the only thing I found to have any noticeable effect on my lingering covid effects is grapefruit seed extract. Something I had taken before but didn't really think was anything special. My recent experience with it has changed my mind, GSE is good medicine.

The lingering covid effects is a tingling, like icy hot feeling on my face and especially my eye sockets. It's still not gone, but much reduced since taking the GSE.
