Received email from this 'Guy' ( UPI ), decidingly placed its Synopsis of Sections from it ( below ).

This 'Guy' who, for whatever rhetorical reasoning, has his own private ( publicly unknown ) axe to grind with government; the latter of which, I can only presume is the primary reason for his publicly issuing so many unique data-dumps, which piques my attention; along with others found leaking information like a sieve.

Although Guy's perhaps, a bit 'maligned' - as most academics are anyway - and undoubtedly 'misunderstood' by novices of whom there are likely more, he makes fairly good sense from out-of dunderhead bureaucratic organization's b.s. so, most people will duck ( ahead-of time ) when the bull SHTF allowing commoners to be aware of more to watch out for down the road.

Guy's shorter story, is basically:

Ex-American spook ( analyst and field ops ) turned internet denizen.

Unlike spewing hot-air nonsense as most old barn-owl 'arm-chair generals' ( OGs ) do, this Guy provides 'Research References' supporting his material; garnered mostly post-grad academics, government contractor back-door channels, archives and a few other recognizably sane sources.

It doesn't take a rocket-scientist to recognize Guy was more of a 'government intelligence predictive analyst' than the 'vehicular homeless' bum he is today.

Guy appears anti-political although, while 'not bashing any political views or politicians', but did curiously perform some interesting research on Biden and his wife's ancestors. Perhaps, a former 'quiet' ( 'moon-bat in the bellfry' ) background researcher for Glenn Beck ( named briefly in the '#1 Report', which curiously Guy does NOT RECOMMEND as 1 of his 2 Reports. Weird.

Everyone's got their 'story' so, here's what I gathered ( online ) about Guy:

Guy's been living in his van past 14-years; perhaps, a hide-out from those chasing him; Guy's dying anyway from lung disease seeing him beg for donations to stay alive. Old handicapped U.S. Vietnam war Veteran, unqualified for any U.S. benefits as a U.S. expatriot who returned in 2006 on the streets. Odd bird, flew the coop and came back to roost; and, continues squawking like a crow since 1998 so Guy's been an international ongoing blackswan eventster.

Guy's recent conveyance to me, provided two ( 2 ) information Sections:

- 'Briefs' ( with 'References' ) are short and sweet; however,

- 'Report Intros ( only )' with 'only singular 'References' 'link to Guy's 'Full Reports' where those and their 'Research References' are lengthy ( Argh ! ) but that's why they're called 'Full Reports; making his 'Report Intros" ( below ) 'short' and 'sweet' because I ( at-least ) found them of interest enough to GLP post for others.

There's some eye-catching material when scrolling-down.

Guy's "Bits 'N Pieces' in 4 Briefs ( below ) aren't difficult to consume ( they're only 'briefs' ); there's a slew more of 'em on their all encompassing link seeinh far better material. I don't know why he recommended only two ( 2 ).

Guy's 'Report Intros' however ( although linked to 'Full Reports' ) are by-far more interesting!

Guy Recommends 'Report Intros' #2 & #3 ( of 6 ); and, Recommends 'Briefs' #1 & #2 ( of 4 )

I scrolled down, stopping at Guy's recommended Reports ( #2 & #3 ) and was 'not disappointed'.

Those 2 Report Intros, I selected, were found to be worthy-reads; primarily, why I GLP posted for other's discernment.

Guy's never waving flags for any 'bureaucrat or bureaurcracy'; just, 'innocent victims of misinformation, disinformation and persecution'. Hey? That's most of 'us'!
