We our self are doing the programming... we get our self trapped in a situation and we figure out how to get out of this trap so that we wont get into this trap again ..trail and error.... the programmers are part of our past who in present take the role as defined in our past role play or what we agreed upon ....
why are they doing it? for fun... like if you see a really jerk and everyone wants to make fun of him or bully only because he cannot fight back or that's what we agreed upon... this comes in parental programming... we are not suppose to hit or make fun of our elders/parents but parents can hit us and bully us and still they want us to accept this.... this is where soul learning comes in... no one even god doesnt have the authority to bully or hit or cause pain...if even god does it then its free will violation... so souls observe free will... in your reality except you everything is a mirror reflection... our parents does it cuz we did to others in our past life... in our past life if we were general, we will not allow foot soldiers to bully or hit us back.... so a karmic action reaction loop has been set and this follows to our current life un till we heal.. as no one can have authority over others.. in terms of illusion reflection, we are not suppose to have authority over reflections too...they thing should be observed as free will even to the point of atoms or strings ... if string have free will and we force the strings to collapse in to a particular wave form... if a string has a frequency of 10 hz and its corresponding atom of 10hz is lets say hydrogen atom.. but if we force the string to vibrate at higher frequency at 15 hz as we need nitrogen instead of hydrogen, we are violating the freewill of string and we are making to collapse in to nitrogen atom for our own use and this will set a karmic loop..

when the strings karmic loop plays back, it will be like we will poor in studies as we cannot memorize stuff, but due to our past karmic loop with the string where we made it to collapse to a single nitrogen atom, our parents will force us to collapse to a memory mugging machine...
