Also curious about how many years it took you. It took me 26 damn years before I overcame the programming. Around a week ago I snapped out of it and was able to realize/awaken to it. I've lost control a few times so far by being tricked into losing my mind and in turn not realize it. But I currently have my hands on the wheel again. I'm able to very easily able to silence thoughts now which I didn't realize I could do. As of now silencing thinking is a little harder. I find when my mind is completely silent it is easier to better discern things that I read, hear, and watch...

Whatever the fuck this is it since I realized what was being done it keeps fucking with me. As of now I don't know if I can completely overcome it as this is all new and confusing as hell at times...
