To ask the question IS a start.

Beyond that, consider for yourself: what is right? What is wrong? What have I been told about these until now? What do the things around me (TV, movies, media, commercials, popular music, etc) say about these? Do they try and sway my opinion about them one way or another? Who produces the information? Why? What is said of those with differing views? What do **I** really think about any of it? Do I think anything about it, or do I just go along with what most people say so I don't cause any conflict?

Then, seek information that either validates or debunks these views. Consider the sources for that information and their motivation.

Too often we live and go to work to survive without considering what our views are and why we have them. The lockdowns have given many people the time to surf the web and take the time to consider all of this...and it has many at the 'top' very nervous that the status quo will not be maintained, and they are making a lot of 'noise' as a result.

That all makes for a good beginning. I wish you and anyone else watching the best. Humanity desperately needs UNITY, not division. Division is a distraction for many, all while bigger, more unnoticed motives are carried out.
