Vibrating, well was for me, too hard a vibration, I couldn't handle it. But when I was a kid, was easy. Went all over the place.

Even if your consciousness is above or around your body, your conscious intention is remotely controlling your Avatar....

When you sleep can you experience another dimension... Meditation & hallucinogenics also.

There’s awareness, and that awareness would be “you”.

But the “you” that “you” think you are, isn’t “you”.

This is why the Buddha’s say Anatma.

Anyhow, OP, interesting idea; although I haven’t watched the video.

Some flat Earthers say that our real body’s are asleep above the flat Earth dome, and our bodies here are like dream body avatars; kind of like in the matrix.

Our consciousness could be simultaneously in this avatar and in our “real” body somewhere else.

Maybe this has to do with it being said that Buddhahood actually occurs in Akanistha, not here in Jambudvipa.

That is a useful reminder. We're not "exiting" just remembering our true selves. I have had glimpses of myself outside this Matrix at times.
