Limit of Detection (LoD):
LoD studies determine the lowest detectable concentration of 2019-nCoV at which approximately 95%
of all (true positive) replicates test positive. The LoD was determined by limiting dilution studies using
characterized samples.
The analytical sensitivity of the rRT-PCR assays contained in the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-
nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel were determined in Limit of Detection studies. Since no
quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the
2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene;
GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/µL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a
suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen. Samples
were extracted using the QIAGEN EZ1 Advanced XL instrument and EZ1 DSP Virus Kit (Cat# 62724) and
manually with the QIAGEN DSP Viral RNA Mini Kit (Cat# 61904). Real-Time RT-PCR assays were
performed using the ThemoFisher Scientific TaqPath™ 1-Step RT-qPCR Master Mix, CG (Cat# A15299) on
the Applied Biosystems™ 7500 Fast Dx Real-Time PCR Instrument according to the CDC 2019-nCoV Real-
Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel instructions for use.

PCR positive result is a trigger number. Administration simply lowers that trigger number with a memo and now every test returns a positive.

The PCR test looks for the presence of genetic material from the COVID-19 virus.

Governments are using the PCR test to identify people who have supposedly died of Covid-19 and people who supposedly have the virus. However, governments are NOT telling the truth about how the test works and the obvious limitations.

Governments are using PCR test results with statistical manipulations to estimate Covid-19 cases and death tolls. As explained in the video and summary below, this is a COMPLETE fraud. The PCR test was not designed for this.

A team of researchers from Sunnybrook, McMaster University and the University of Toronto has isolated severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the agent responsible for the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19.

Thanks to nimble collaboration, the team was able to culture the virus from two clinical specimens in a Level 3 containment facility.

ok, even if true, not saying it is. All the Tests don't test for CoVid19, they test for RNA from OLD strains of Cold Virus, that makes them 100% non reliable, for identifying a new "Novel" Corona Virus.

And besides No more people dying of Corona Virus Real or Inflated than die from old age (Normal causes) than die in a normal year. That makes the whole thing a "exercise" - Psy Operation to control and destroy people through criminal mandates and draconian dictates.

It is hard to isolate something that is microscopic, just like putting a mask on to stop a virus. It has no logic to it.
