How are you all missing the obvious fact that he arrived at Walter Reed on a gurney, so they're recycling old footage of him walking around the hospital?

It's not strange at all. Not for Donald Trump. I think the only time he doesn't wear a suit is when he's playing golf. I believe that he would feel that the optics of him dressed professionally in a suit would be better as he goes to the hospital. I agree with him.
