Colorado voters called to remove appeals court judge who freed pedophile

Justice For All Colorado is urging Colorado NOT to retain judge Craig Welling, who freed pedo Michael McFadden from 300+ year conviction on technicality that was unnecessary by precedent. Of the other two judges on the panel, one is retired and the other is not up for retention, so they are going after Welling for now.
