I think you need to explain to them how a paper or cloth mask protects from a deadly virus, maybe they dont understand OP, but I am sure you will be able to explain it well, that it doesnt matter if eyes, ears, skin is exposed as long as we are wearing our paper or cloth approved masks we are safe:).
