No, not old folk's nappiness. I had this happen to me while working in a high stress job and life situation. I was sitting at my desk doing a banking procedure and suddenly I began to see jagged patterns of light - like strobe lights. I was startled and closed my eyes to see if the patterns continued even with my eyes closed - and it continued with eyes closed. I knew then that it was brain related. I didn't tell anyone, but waited to see if it went away, which it did after 15 or so minutes.

I had elevated b.p. which I addressed and got normalized.

Years later I had cataract surgery and the doc said that my droopy right eye was caused by a small stroke which had gone to my eye.I still have trouble with the vision in that eye, but am grateful that it wasn't more serious and just served as a warning.

It was a very scary event.

To be fair, I'm sure they feel the same way when we debate about whether Hillary's Depends are full or not.

I'm so glad this happened the way it did and he's safe. Instant recognition of the stroke most likely saved his life and his awesome brain.

He's the reason I got into politics, and after a few decades, I still don't regret it. He had a huge influence on my life.
