Condoleezza Rice is the new director of the Hoover Institute - where our new Covid-19 expert works

I'm not hosting this thread but I added a bunch of links to another thread above and pinned it. I had much difficulty adding links due to the infamous think tank which is directly advising the Hoover Institute.
