I hate to break it to you but Roe V Wade isn't getting overturned

Yes, over the years the supreme court has overturned 236 of it's own cases.

The reality is though, before they can overturn anything a case has to be brought to them. Once that happens the court has to decide to take the case.

The reality of the court taking that case is slim to none. It's not like the court can just convene themselves and start reviewing old cases. That's not how it works.

Even if a case is brought to them and they decide to take it, the likelihood of them actually overturning Roe V Wade is slim to none.

It seems like the basics of how our justice system works seems to be escaping people.
