UK , Masks & Stuff
Here in the UK face-coverings are mandatory in most stores , you walk into the store usually past a disinterested person in uniform , who is surrounded by an array of sanitising products......

Once in the store you look around and notice a majority of customers adhere to the face-covering policy. But a few wandering around bare faced.

Yesterday I even saw a woman carrying a DOG around B&M , she wasn't wearing a mask either.

The absolute hilarity of it made me chuckle.

So , after a wander around B&M , I went on to Aldi , I like the thick plastic 'safety' barriers they have in between each till. That people disregard and still come strolling past ......

So , a morning of shopping......mask wearing mandatory and I wore my mask in both the stores that I visited.

Then , last night I went out for a rare meal as it was my birthday on Wednesday , went for an Indian with a friend. The place was fairly quiet - no masks or any indication that we may be in the middle of a pandemic...., really good meal and nice company.

Walking home afterwards decided to pop into a local bar for a night cap - again , no signs of pandemic procedures.

No wonder people are confused.

That was the second time I have eaten out this year , I m not one for going out much so am not exposing myself to any virus on a regular basis.

How can I become infected in a supermarket , yet not in a bar or restaurant?

Every day things become a little more confusing .....

It’s all just bullshit backed by bullshit government “advisors”.....I’ve always taken the route of whatever the government advise so the opposite cos it usually ends up being wrong in the long run

This was planned long, long ago to change the way that we live and enable remote control over individual people.

Unfortunately for the would-be conspirators, the internet has enabled 'too many' people to become aware that there are fatal fallacies to the plan.

However, it is 'the plan' and they went fully into it with the belief that they could prevail, but now that it is apparent they are faced with significant resistance they are in a bind.

They can't pull out and to push forward means they will likely eventually be lynched.

Hope everybody has taken the very good advice posted here and in other places over the years.

You should have at the very least:

Food
Water or the ability to purify/filter it
Clothes
Fuel
Defensive measures
Like minded 'friends'

Good luck.

Children are allowed back in schools too. Parents all congregate outside the school gates as usual. No social distancing at all.

Therefore, the only place where covid is a real problem is the supermarkets and public transport. Everywhere else it's business as usual.

The college in our small town decided to move 15 miles away so my 17 year old is to continue his studies via video link - so , no human contact there.

I work alone , so am pretty much safe apart from the weekly shopping trip.

Been trying to get a dentist appointment and its weirdly difficult , you get through and are in a queue then get conveniently cut off.

Life here in the UK has changed drastically.
