It was started by someone intentionally, they have vehicle descriptions and people shared pictures of it on Facebook and reported it to the 911 dispatcher. When the wind picked up late Sunday night there was no stopping it. It started on a hill behind the 12 Tribes casino in Omak and the majority of land torched belonged to the colville tribe until it jumped the rivers.
