A manhunt was underway and about an hour ago they ran the name "Zachary Lange" over the radio. So I quickly Googled his name and "oregon" "arrest".... ... It was started by someone intentionally, they have vehicle descriptions and people shared pictures of it on Facebook and reported it to the 911 dispatcher. When the wind picked up late Sunday night there was no stopping it. It started on a hill behind the 12 Tribes casino in Omak and the majority of land torched belonged to the colville tribe until it jumped the rivers. It is officially still under investigation even though there were multiple reports of a man starting 7 different fires that night. |
