I used to love working 4/10's. So many projects about the house to complete, lots of family gathering to have, all without being exhausted on Monday.

Did that a while and moved on to a better work place that you wouldn't get stabbed at lol Quite some time ago, I ran into someone I knew in college at the local coffee shop. She looked at me and said, "This is it, I'm retiring. I've had my life threatened soooo many times..." She was working at a middle school in this small mid-western city. That conversation was almost 20 years ago. So, it's not a new thing, and it doesn't even have to be "troubled teens". Those were twelve year olds with an attitude at a school in the local hood--two decades ago. I can't imagine what it must be like now.
