Never did like the Cavuto Hour, he doesn't belong on Fox News.
He is supposed to be an "Economics" reporter and likes to pretend that he is a News Anchor. His crackly voice makes me cringe for an entire hour. I have started turning the TV off for that hour.

He said North Carolina is saying they have a fool-proof system. Mail your ballot then go to the polls on Election Day. When you tell them your name, and if your mail-in vote was counted, they will have a record of it. If it WASN'T counted, because of some screw up at the post office, they will allow you to vote at the polls.
