Who else gets road rage when there’s a biker purposely not using a bike lane ?

I swear my blood pressure spikes when I see those idiots hogging lanes of traffic thinking they own the road. Can we put an end to SHARE THE ROAD? how do I get that on the ballot - it’s out of control in Colorado and so ridiculous because there are plenty of actual bike trails and paths all over the state
