I almost got arrested once in Baltimore.

I was standing outside a bar waiting for a taxi.

The cops came and said no loitering, get in your car and go. I said I'm waiting on my taxi. He came over, grabbed me and said go or you're under arrest. All over waiting quietly for a taxi.
