I'm 60 years old and all I can add to the conversation is being born white and male in the United States of America has been like winning some sort of grand cosmic lottery.

In my life I've seen white men from America become the only men to walk on the Moon. I've watched us feed Africa over and over because we produce so much food we can give it away for free to those in need. When called upon we've won wars, protected those in bad situations and given love to a world that hates us.

My life is coming to an end and I realize that. I'm getting old. Still, it's been a true privilege to be a white man in this time and place.
