You also cannot ascend higher if you are busy condemning others and taking away their free will by being a control freak. The ascension process is only between God and the ascending soul. Healthy ego is a natural human emotion for survival and evolution.

You're mixing the things here Analyst. My personal reasons to focus only to local men bases on the following matters:
* similar culture (=> all will be easier). Expectations about family life are similar.
* Even as I'm non-believer Chirstian (Lutheran), he will need to be Lutheran/got a Lutheran education as well.
* I want to continue my familyline as it has been.

But with this guy's case we just talked about 1 step date. I have not been outside of Europe, but inside of Europe the biggest difference here is that Nordic/Northern European man will understand you more easily if you're not interested in him (''accepting that''), with southern Europeans (just via my own experience) the same is much more harder/difficult. And yes; they will be saying/wispering much more (white)lies to you. Now, I can not say how much my essence will influence them (= 100% tourist). But in the end, all of them are looking for the same thing (firstly) as they'll come to talk on

Actually I would like to share with you where this saying came from, and how Satan has used it to his advantage.

You can't ascend without dropping ego - this saying is older than humanity, but its meaning is not what you think.

It's not about killing the Ego, its about stop letting Mars and your Ego take over your heart center, and bring your chakras back into balance by placing the Ego back under your Heart.

Let's analyze this line of thought a bit.

Ego is bad, supposedly. Why? Because it is selfish.

OK, so what is "selfish"? Let's try to define our terms a little better, so we know what we are talking about.

Is it selfish to serve yourself?

No! To be selfish is to serve yourself, at someone else's expense. It is not the self serving part that is the problem, it is the stepping on others part.

Self serving is not at all a bad thing. It is in fact the very core and root of serving others! You must love yourself first before you can love others! That's why Jesus said "love other as yourself". Loving yourself comes first. It's a prerequisite.

Now we're getting to the interesting part!

What is "stepping on others"? Or perhaps better put, what is the reason people step on others? Why are they doing it? Why are people hurting other people?

The answer is, they do it because they have limited awareness.

If they were fully aware of the consequences of being selfish they wouldn't do it. If they could feel the pain of others as strongly as they feel their own pain they wouldn't cause anyone pain. What they need to stop being selfish isn't sermons about becoming better people then, it is higher awareness.

How do they get this higher awareness?

By ascending!

So the OP is ass-backwards wrong on this issue. It's not that people need to stop being selfish to ascend, it's that people need to ascend to stop being selfish!

It's not about wanting to be less selfish, it's about being able to be less selfish. You CANNOT be less selfish without expanding your awareness first. You MUST seek ascension first to become less selfish.

A little expansion of mind brings a little less selfishness, as we can all notice with our own small steps forward every day. And the upcoming giant expansion of awareness we call "ascension" will bring a lot less selfishness.

In the end, the only entity COMPLETELY lacking selfishness, is Source itself. "There is only one who is Good", as Jesus said.

Only Source itself has full awareness of all that exists, and only Source itself can feel all pain as its own. Thus only Source itself is able to serve all as it serves itself.

The rest of us are all selfish. To larger or lesser degrees. And the higher we ascend and the closer we get to Source, the less selfish we become.

My point of this long rant, is that it is FUTILE to try and shame people for being selfish, it is FUTILE to order them to become better people, and it is DIRECTLY COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE to tell them they can't get to Heaven if they're not good enough to "earn" it (or can't ascend if they don't stop being selfish, basically the same statement).

IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

I'm going on and on here because it's such an important understanding to get across. The idea OP is promoting is WRONG, disastrously so. It's like telling little kids they can't graduate from kindergarten if they don't get their doctorate first.

Dropping ego selfishness --> Ascension = WRONG

Ascension --> dropping ego selfishness = CORRECT


The tree must first grow before it can produce any fruit. Telling a seed to produce fruit so it can grow into a tree helps no-one.
