I am asking for prayers for healing for my sister today. I've posted what is going on but it hasn't been updated. Today is a crucial day for her to turn around and start getting better.

Good morning. I know I have not been on much and figured I would update and ask for some prayers.

I have been fighting with getting my medical retirement from the USPS and it looks like I will not be getting this. My doctors all have said that they will not sign the paperwork to get this approved. I am basically in a cluster right now. Without a doctor signing this I am not getting Med Retirement. I am too young to get regular retirement. My service period with them has not reached the minimum for that either.

I am at a loss as to what to do. I still cannot lift or move things. I am unable to drive to places due to the issue I have. My doctors will not do an operation, as they state it is an "elective operation" and do not know if it will help me or not. They tell me to do this I could get worse than I am now, but refuse to sign off on paperwork showing I can not do my job or any disability at all.

This has all just put me into a deep depression and I can not seem to kick this. I do not know what to do here. I was also denied for SSD, due to the SS office "not getting" my paperwork, yet I mailed them with receipts, sent electronically and even dropped them off at the local office.

I have tried to use the work EAP line to only be told that I need to call my insurance and find someone to talk to through them.

I just need some prayers to get this resolved.

Keeping the rest here in my prayers always. There are going to be challenges with this new variant. Not sure how they're going to spin this, but the vaccine push will be stronger than ever.

Regarding the SSD, you may need to get a lawyer. They will not charge you out of pocket but a percentage of what they owe you.

Please get a lawyer that handles disability claims.It took me 2 1/2 years and an attorney, to get social security disability after a career ending injury as an EMT.

I do have a lawyer for my Disability Retirement case. He does not handle SSDI. I will have to get another attorney for that.

They will not charge you. They will take a percentage of the back money owed at the time of filing, usually about 25% plus costs.
