Per witnesses on Facebook: 2 women were fighting (both believed to be girlfriends of Jacob) he slapped one of them around to break up the fight and she went ape shit about it and when the police tried to question Jacob about it, he became belligerent and threatened to kill people. So he presented a violent threat and the cops didn't know what he was going to do as he ignored their commands and went back to his vehicle.



He had an outstanding felony warrant for numerous crimes including sexual assault, and he knew this, which is why he ignored the cop's commands.


He was not an innocent good Samaritan who was only helping the police break up a fight as many clueless people have claimed.
