Actually many of them LITERALLY do. Nancy Pelosi obviously does, although they keep hiding the vids of her babbling (no, NOT the slowed down ones), and Chuck Schumer was caught LITERALLY talking to an empty chair. And not rhetorically. I would guess Jerry Nadler does. It's probably pretty widespread in the Party. And the ones who don't have dementia....are just crazy.
