Those tears streaming from the corner of the eye are used a lot by people who enjoy torturing children.
Notice how similar she looks in that clown outfit to that video of the little boy painted as a clown and some pervert was making him sing some song about remembering as the pervert brought his face back and forth right next to the boys. I forgot the tread, it was about a week ago I think.
