A nursery should be cheerful and bright with cool colors and eye catchers for the baby, stuufed toys, mobiles and so forth.
That room looks like a clown's whorehouse or the 4th level of hell. She looks like a demented, painted clown puppet. Scary for a little one.
Poor baby doesn't stand a chance.
