We never had diabetes up until recently. I think it has something to do with western imported foods. Before democracy everything was made in Mongolia. Few fruits came from Russia. Fat kids were rare thing at schools. Now every class has about ten overweight kids.

You can't reverse it, but you can certainly improve life WITH it. The "Type 1 and Type 2" distinction is misleading. They are two entirely separate diseases.

And to the person who said diabetes is new: Not true at all. People just died fairly quickly before we knew how to treat it so you didn't hear a lot about it.

Yeah, stop eating wheat, sugar and dairy and go fully organic grass fed. Basically meat and salad only with no bottled dressing. It's that or die.
