Re: It’s real - lafd-firefighter-loses-battle-covid-19
Sorry, OP. Many people here have fully fallen for the polar position of "Covid is a complete hoax and nobody ever gets sick".

They're wrong, but the only thing that will clear it up for them is for them to get it or to have a close loved one get it.

May he RIP, and may his family be comforted.

I'll ask you the same question I ask everyone else.

What proof can you provide me that Covid exists and is as serious as claimed that doesn't come from media or govt. sources and is not anecdotal? We have been lied to over and over throughout this.

How can I go out and get proof of it?

It's not my fault you believe what the media is feeding you, especially during an election year.

Patents for one. The long haul issue which my husband is suffering through.

You tell me what "flu" -in the freaking summer- causes someone who has previously been healthy to be sick for a month and a half, have daily diarrhea, daily headache, nausea, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, exhaustion that makes one sleep from 14 to 20 hours a day, coughing, brain fog, weird phantom smells like rotting meat, taste of food off tremendously?

I know the tests are garbage. Symptoms are the issue.

There is a pathogen, and it is manmade, and it does kill some people, and we could have easily beaten it IF we were told the truth and not played games with from the "experts".

So yes, it's a false flag. And people do get harmed and die in false flags all the time. Yes, there is a bunch of total bs in how numbers are being ascribed, and as I said before, the tests are indeed garbage.

But it is a pathogen, and it does exist and it does serious harm to many, and it keeps recurring in at least 15% of people and 55% of people who have had it (mild or severe) have at least long term health consequences.

And apparently a small percentage of people are immune to it as well. Less than 15% it looks like.

You are the one buying propaganda. And I know in all your self righteousness, that will be impossible for you to receive. As I said before, when you or someone you love gets it, you will be disabused of your "fake" ideology.

Exactly what propaganda am I buying?

I don't care about death, my entire family is already dead. I won't let the fear of death keep me from living or making decisions based on what I can SEE or HEAR myself.

You are quoting stats that may not may not be true.
How can we tell?
Why do you believe them?
How do you know what your husband has is covid?
Are those symptoms unique to this one, single illness?

See the difference between me and most of you is that I can isolate my emotions.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The first firefighter with the Los Angeles Fire Department has died due to COVID-19, the agency confirmed.

Firefighter paramedic Jose M. Perez, 44, had been with the department for more than 16 years. He passed away Saturday at a local hospital from complications of COVID-19, according to an LAFD statement.

complications of COVID-19

Translation, pre-existing conditions and most likely developed pneumonia. The result would have been the same if he caught a flu. This is more evidence that Covid 19 is no more dangerous than any other corona virus and it's also more proof that the virus itself isn't killing anyone.

There's a massive difference between something like Ebola, which literally kills people and something like a cold or a flu which can result in death from complications. The first one could wipe out the entire human race, the other adds to deaths from common causes that occur every year. Nothing has been presented to date to show Covid 19 any more dangerous than a typical flu.

I knew the man and his family. I have my word and if you knew me you would know that means something.

My intention is to share my experience. For me this virus hit too close to home.

Wear a mask, I don’t know. Keep a 6 ft distance, doesn’t seem like a bad idea. Wash you hands and try not to touch your face, It can’t hurt.
Will the virus keep me from the polls? Heck no

I don’t have any answers, I can only share first hand information
 Quoting: Dame

I said exactly that.

You are having an emotional reaction.

I am not saying it's not a sad thing. It's gonna be hard on his family but they should be okay after a time.

I lost two grandparents in the last 30 days. I lost my entire immediate family before I was 30. Death is a certainty. I won't let it change my stance on anything anymore than I would the sun setting. It's just gonna happen.
 Quoting: wessonoil

I’m sorry you have experienced so much loss in your life. Two grandparents within a month doesn’t seem fair.

I’m also not being the least bit emotional. Personally, after yesterday, I’m going to be a bit more diligent when it comes to washing my hands. I refuse to live in fear though.

There have been a few threads asking if anyone has known people that have died from COVID. That’s the reason I’m sharing this information

Be safe
