I thought Canada was bad. But at least when you get arrested here, they go through the formality of actually arresting you. It isn't some black bag over your head sort of affair, yet. From what I can tell the entire two arrest were not on tape. she was never put in hand cuffs dearing the live stream searched etc.

I have seen cops bring people in for quistioning first then make the arrest. It does happen.

From a scene yes. But from home? Does Ohio not have the Castle doctrine?

Its a grand jury indictment (cop asking someone phone) and they (back at the "office" on phone) have an arrest warrant for Millie.

Cop doesnt have to show warrant...usually wont either cuz their is info in warrant possibly they dont want to share at arrest scene.

Millie doesnt resist. She complies when told a warrant exists ( she thinks its for burglary...but cop never confirms i dont believe.

Any problems with identity or warrant Millie must address after arrest.


There is no need for Miranda warning unless you are going to ask questions of Millie.

This cop is ONLY going to arrest due to warrant & nothing else. So doesnt bother mirandizing.

There is no indication of what grand jury or how long the jury has been in effect.

Cop not knowing what exactly was going on and calling office during arrest shows lack of prep before duty but thats the state of job performance these daze.

So, warrentless, the police can just come up to your home, charge you with something vague, not arrest you, haul you off for the weekend and you get no say in it? That is not right.

An officer has the choice to handcuff or not in front of small children.

bring you in for quistioning over a crime. as far as grand jury indictments I know nothing about that. what we know is the video stopped recording so we dont know if she was put in cuffs read miranda rights ect.

As long is there is a warrant.....yes. (They dont have to show u the warrant at scene of arrest)
