If a pregnant women rushed into your house and gave birth, would that child automatically become part of your family? NO of course not and neither do the anchor babies. They may be seen as citizens by are very corrupt government, but even that is very questionable by law. A legitimate government would never tolerate such nonsense.

in 2008 and 2012 the Ds ran a candidate that did not meet the definition of a natural-born citizen, however, since his mother was an American citizen and, even though this is still disputed by many, he was born in Hawaii he did meet most of the criteria, and since he was half-black you were a racist if you argued against his eligibility.

now in 2020 the Ds are running a candidate that can only lay half the claim that Obama was able to lay on native born status. The only reason that she was granted citizenship at all was due to her mother's location at her time of birth.

ask yourself this, if her parents had been in athens, greece at the time of her birth, would she have any claim at all to american citizenship? the answer is no.

that right there says that she is not a natural-born american citizen and is therefore ineligible to hold the office for which she is now running.

how far is it to be allowed to go? the articles aren't as important as the amendments? if those are ignored, we still have the amendments to fall back on, is that it?

if the articles fall (are ignored) the rest can't stand.

If you have citizenship at birth, which KH has, you are a natural-born citizen. It’s a done deal. The Supreme Court went through a discussion of how the law worked in Great Britain in history and that is the definition.

Some are saying that "anchor babies" should not be given citizenship. Maybe KH should not have been given citizenship at birth. But she was, and you can’t change that 50 years later.

If we start ignoring one part of the Constitution, perhaps THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, as it gives the conditions for someone to be POTUS....we will start ignoring OTHER parts too.

The fact is Kamala Harris does not appear to be eligible PER THE CONSTITUTION. My understanding is that her parents were not US citizens & did not meet the residency requirements when she was born. Unless my understanding is wrong - THEREFORE SHE IS NOT ELIGIBLE.

We can't use the excuse that Obama did it because....THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED and he should be negated as POTUS if we had a real country following the Constitution. But we should not keep allowing this because the reason for the clause is to ensure that the US POTUS has as little loyalty and attachment to any other foreign country AS POSSIBLE. We are violating both the Constitution and common sense in the interest of promoting GLOBALISM. Because THAT is what this is about.
