As soon as you live as an awakened being you create your own seperate reality bubble. It is a minor exercise in your own creational abilities that humans used to have. These lower frequency beings cannot penetrate that so easily. When you falter though they then get access to your reality and bring with them the soap opera again to try to bring you back into the main timeline.
