Ive been taking chelated zinc, Lipo D and Lipo C on and off for years because I don't see people often and thus don't have antibodies for common colds. When when I do travel or hang out with people, I tend to catch a 24-48 hour cold if I'm not on that regiment. It works.

I switch my zinc types up because I haven't gotten a good answer from research on Google like the super cool asshat smarter than us poster above suggested.

Don't worry though, your chances of dying from covid are about zero unless you die in a skydiving accident or get hit by a train, then you for sure will be a Covid19 victim.

Acetate and gluconate.

Just blitz 20 grams Zinc Oxide powder with 80 grams of Citric Acid in 500 milliliters of clean water and you have enough Zinc Citrate for months.
Zinc Citrate is very bio available.

Simmer 3 or so cut up Grapefruits in some water for about 2 hours in a closed pot to extract Quinine - the natural and original HCQ. Let it cool with the lid on and then strain the tonic through a cheesecloth or coffee filters.

Use some quinine tonic (probably 100ml or more) and a teaspoon of the Zinc Citrate for a cure.

Easy and cheap.

Picolinate, 50mg-100mg/ day, take with quercetin to mimic the affects of HCQ.

Zinc Oratate. Piccolate is not actually zinc.

Zinc will deplete Copper levels.
Copper will deplete Zinc levels.

There is on market Copper/Zinc supplements where they compliment each other.

The regular kind is okay too. Any kind. I just prefer to able to cut the pill in half and with a supplement you can't do that. 50 mg for me builds up to a metallic smell. But 20-30 is okay.

I personally use Solgar's chelated zinc, which has better absorption.

I don't think the brand matters, as long as it's a reputable company.

BTW, a tip from personal experience - taking zinc on an empty stomach can leave one wrapped around a toilet for a good part of the day.
