 Quoting: King Triad

I heard that politicians are trying to protect people from being thrown out in the streets. All the forbearance will be due this month and most of the protections for renters have expired. It takes at least six months if one has to evict someone through legal proceedings. I do not think we will see mass homelessness just yet.

Re: Country is in worse depression than in the 30's...
This thread takes no account of an introduction of a successful vaccine for COVID-19. The economy will start to rebound at a tremendous rate once the vaccine reduces new cases and deaths. The large government debt is bad, but it can be overcome with high positive growth of GDP for two or three years. This will all be much more successful if Trump is reelected in November.
 Quoting: dogman17

This is true, but with explosive growth comes inflation. Runaway inflation causes hyper-inflation and then the games over. Hello mark of the beast and the digital New World Currency...
 Quoting: DuckNCover

There is far too much safe money out there to cause hyper-inflation.

This is really shitty time to be a landlord..

They will likely have to extend the eviction moratorium to avoid all out chaos.
 Quoting: ^TrInItY^

It is a shitty time to be a landlord. I have two small rental homes in Albuquerque. Luckily, they are both still paying me. I have small mortgages on both and enough reserves to pay 8 months on each should they remove my ability to collect before I sell them. Leases both mature in September and I am listing both properties this Wednesday before this whole thing collapses.

The Governor of Arizona has signed an E.O. preventing evictions through the end of October. This has been going on since March. There is an assistance program but from what I am hearing, no landlord has received any assistance from the State of AZ.

So here is a scenario: You cannot legally evict your tenant or seek any legal remedy. You have a mortgage on the rental property that you cannot pay now. Theoretically, you could be 150 days past due at the end of August. It is a non-owner occupied property which would accelerate a lender's foreclosure process and most lenders won't accommodate forbearance on a non-owner occupied property. SO you lose it and any equity you had. Tenants in AZ are just not paying, even if they have the money, why should they? And the lender now has your equity...

with nobody left to rent, evictions will cease. nothing to see here. These are not the droids you are looking for. Move along.

interesting observation.
another side to that coin is if 30 million people are just threatened with eviction ...just told they may be evicted...that creates panic.

the scared low income folk will join the riots.

now...that's a real problem.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79156680

This is why they will cease evictions. It does no one any good to have millions on the street.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77419313

If I knew the government could seize evictions I would have never gotten into renting, but then again everything is f*ing corrupt now. Soon the food and water will be physically corrupted, we already know it is corrupted with extortion already. The government can do anything they want, just start a fake pandemic with their fake media. The dumb sheep will go along with it and we will never have a POTUS that will stand up to it. The dumb military will die fighting for this sh**?

I just got notice from my landlord of many years to vacate, he wants to live in the house now. I have always paid rent in time and been caring of property as my own. I have a month to secure a new home. My rent was astronomical anyway.

I was hoping to get out of California and this pushed my hand in a big way I had not anticipated. I have acres of gorgeous garden to leave behind.

I am, was self employed now am now on unemployment who the heck rents to a single mom on unemployment? Landlords want perfect rennet profiles, wealthy tech executives and Perfect two parent households, I am an undesirable it seems.

I am drawn to red states idaho Montana Wyoming etc but are they going to go crazy like California soon too? I’d love to go back to British Columbia , I lived there before this and felt so peaceful and happy in Canada, but they won’t let me across the border, what to do?

JFK tryed to end the FED got whacked for that, it will never be abolished because of those exact same reasons, America is hostage of that particular Roth childs tribe

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Rothschild Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest.

With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Rothschild Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress.

We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superseded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy signed this Order, it returned to the United States federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency – money – without going through the privately owned Rothschild Federal Reserve Bank.

100% correct.

We have not seen ANYTHING yet, compared to what's coming. If people think things are bad now, they have a HUGE shock ahead. The 1930's will seem like a walk in the park compared to what is in store, IF the plan that was designed by the one world order commies decades ago comes to full fruition. Weak people will not make it through this depression. Millions will die, period.

The way I see things, the X & M generations will nearly be wiped out. Why? The numerous reasons should be obvious. They are incapable of thinking past the now moment, incapable of self-sufficiency, weak minded and incapable of logical and critical thinking - survival. They are completely reliant on technology and have not prepared for the future regarding food, water, and true basic needs. They rely on uber eats and door dash for food delivery, with very little food stored in home. What do you think will happen when the SHTF, they decide to run to the grocery store to grab a few things? They are so weak and frail (mentally and physically) they will need several safe spaces just to make it IN to the store. Once there, they will be taken OUT by those who are more alpha - which won't take much.

They have zero REAL relationships with their neighbors, 'friends' or family, because they rely on all of their social media to communicate. You can't tweet your way into preparedness.

This will be interesting to watch. We have been waiting for this historical destruction of the USA for decades, not in excitement by ANY means, just ready for it. It truly is an extremely devastatingly sad time for America, and what it once was. We can give a huge FU to the groups who have aided in its destruction: The NEA and the public school system for dumbing down and creating weak-minded, scared of their own shadows, hatred toward America and Capitalism generations, the Democratic party, etc. Feel free to add, the list is numerous.

It's gonna be a shitty few years for sure, but I'm afraid that anyone who thinks that this will be the fall of society and should be prepping has spent far too much time on this forum.

Some people have spent so much time and money prepping that they try and spin any event into anarchy so they can turn round to random people on the Internet and say "SEE I WASN'T MAD AFTER ALL".

It's a bit pathetic really.

23 trillion in declared debt
22 more trillion printed and unaccounted for (14 trillion of this was proven in the official FED audit
7 more trillion just printed in the last 6 months for the covid bailout.
250 trillion in unfunded U.S. liabilities
All time record corporate debt
All time record personal debt
GDP down 30%
50% of service and transportation industry worldwide is bankrupt.

The above are all facts provable even by MSM sources.

it's a bit pathetic when people choose to be ignorant.

I really love posts like this. Just so very honest.
I will add to this the older people, in their 60’s to 80’s who are not prepared. Most The older ones they will not make it as the young weaker ones.
It really will be the strong, the survivalists prepared, or the people with so much money that they leave And relocate to places that have high security along with a preppier community.
The rest is the destiny of each soul due to their ability to act.
