Inaugural BlackNorth Initiative Summit brought together 9000 attendees including over 200 CEOs who committed their organizations to measurable initiatives to dismantle anti-Black systemic racism in Canada. Notably, 30% of the companies on the TSX 60 have signed the pledge and the total market cap of all committed organizations exceeds $1 trillion1, representing almost one-third of the TSX’s total market cap.
