Giving the young, fit, and healthy to China

It's not exactly a state secret that China owns most of the US debt and has for quite a while.

Something occurred to me today. Most young, fit, healthy, and educated Americans who decide to travel and live abroad do it in China/Asia these days.

They land, fall in love, and then get suckered into teaching English.

In fact, so many young Americans are over there that those of us in the travel world consider it an American destination.

Was this engineered to give China America's grad students in exchange for a tiny fraction of that debt?
