User ID: 39607259 United States 07/21/2020 07:03 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Make sure you have very good shoes, that's where spine and hip alignment begins...don't sit on a wallet, it throws your hips out over time...decompress your back by hanging, using an inversion board is the best way...over time the spaces between compressed joints will regrow... Last Edited by BRIEF on 07/21/2020 07:03 AM I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked. |

Can be serious problem if it snaps so get it checked. Shin splints? Lack of nutrients from meats could be causing deterioration of your tendons. Fats and cholesterols help maintain tendon health. People taking Statins for long periods are finding they get tendinitis and other tendon illness. I keep avoiding the doctor hoping it will get better on its own since normally this kind of thing does self correct after a few weeks. Unfortunately, I'm not so lucky. I'm pumping more Tylenol than i'm comfortable with. It sounds to me like your situation isn't severe yet. Try and get more activity and stretches, etc. Walking is good. I'm pretty sure my problem is caused by sitting too much for my job. I run a delivery service and I'm either seated for extended periods in my car, or repetitively lifting and bending. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77619382 Czechia 07/21/2020 07:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I had the same. Try to click the hip bone. There’s a few.. one is get a cushion then push your legs together. Another is whilst lying down have knee up, then bend it inward. This ones tricky.. Then do the knee. Lay knee on a couch at 90 degrees. Push bum backward, support with arms, as you’re doing this it should click. Check YT for videos. Also do the ankle, again check YT for a way to do this. I had a cramp and shooting pain for a year everyday. Thing is it can be erased in a moment! Once the trapped nerve is displaced after clicking the blood will run through you’ll feel it in a minute. I basically warded it off by doing this, ideally see a chiropractor, i didn’t! And strangely the thing I’ve done recently is had some spring garlic from the garden this coincided with the pain going completely. You’ll also need to do squats and some general light weights to align your body. If your weighing in more on one side of your upper body, it works it’s way down the back, then the legs. So if you’ve strengthened them after you’re back to normal. At least that’s my advice.. |

I’m no Dr but they all seemed to agree that it was a nerve issue, and what you’re talking about sounds like the same thing happenings with the same feeling in the same part of the same leg. It might be worth at least asking a Dr about, I don’t think you should be messing around with nerve stuff. |
