For all we know, they could be creating digital histories of fake Trump supporters well in advance, for the sole purpose of blaming a Trump supporter whenever they take action like this.

Imagine the deep state comes in and attacks the family of this judge, then blames some "Trump supporter" that they fabricated. They control the investigation, and undoubtedly have technology to create the appearance of fake people.
